All discovery sessions and individual sessions should be booked through the website. If you have purchased a package, a special link will be provided to you that provides after hours scheduling flexibility. Sessions and Packages are to be paid in full at time of initial booking. Payments can be made by credit/debit card at time of booking. If other payment options are needed, please contact us prior to booking. 

Cancellations and reschedules can be made through the website or the original appointment confirmation email. A full refund is provided for appointments cancelled within 24 hours or more from the scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be refunded at 50% of the session cost. Appointments can be rescheduled at any time, but we kindly ask for the consideration to provide as much advanced notice as possible. 

Clients under 18 require consent from a parent or legal guardian for counseling or coaching. A FREE discovery call should be booked by a parent or legal guardian for further discussion and next steps on setting up future sessions.

The services provided to the Client by the Coach will be designed jointly with the Client. Coaching, which is not therapy or professional mental health treatment, may address overall goals, specific projects, or general conditions in the Client’s life or profession. Coaching services may include setting priorities, establishing goals, identifying resources, brainstorming, creating action plans, asking clarifying questions, and providing models, examples, and in-the-moment skills training. The Coach promises that all information provided by the Client will be kept strictly confidential, as permissible by law. 

The Coach may use and disclose the Client’s personal information without authorization for the following purposes: abuse or neglect of a child (under age 18), a person with disability, or elderly persons (over the age of 65). In addition, if the Client shares information that they may be of harm to themselves, or others or court ordered. If such a report is optional, the Coach will use their professional judgment in deciding if to make such a report. If feasible, the Coach will inform the Client promptly that they have made such a disclosure.

We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all our clients. 

With no consideration to the previously stated, the Coach may refuse to provide services to any Client whom they feel threatened, attacked, disrespected, harassed, is not eligible for services based on age (must be 18 or older) or any individual with immediate needs outside of their scope as a Professional Coach. Such behavior may result in removal from the program and total investment will not be refunded.
